63-year-old male
History of motorcycle accident
Significant trauma to right foot and leg
Presenting issues:
Downward-hanging 2nd toe causing trips
Upward-pointing 1st toe
Difficulty with footwear
Deformed 1st toenail
Clinical Assessment
Evidence of extensive prior trauma
Right 1st toe hyperextension
Right 2nd toe claw deformity
Suspected tendon damage
